PAX Concentrate Lid & O-Rings for PAX 3 and PAX Plus
The PAX Concentrate Lid & O-Rings is the straightforward way to restore a tight seal on your concentrate insert without replacing the whole component. Each pack includes one replacement oven lid and a 5-pack of replacement O-rings, giving you everything needed to get the insert working as it should again. Compatible with PAX 3 and PAX Plus only.
What’s in the Box
You receive one concentrate insert lid and five rubber O-rings. The lid closes over the white loading pad that holds your wax or oil during a session. The O-rings sit around the body of the insert and keep it seated firmly and airtight inside the oven chamber.
Why These Parts Wear Out
Waxes and oils leave a sticky residue on the lid after each extract session. Over time that coating becomes difficult to remove even with thorough cleaning, and the lid can stop forming a clean seal. The rubber O-rings face a different problem: repeated heat cycles, particularly on Boost mode, cause the rubber to harden and lose its flexibility. Once either part degrades, vapour can escape around the edges of the insert rather than travelling up the steel airpath to the mouthpiece, which affects the quality of each draw.
Replacing the lid and O-rings also removes the need for heavy scrubbing. When the old lid is too coated to clean easily, fitting a new one lets you continue extract sessions without interruption rather than spending time on the hardest cleaning job on the device.
How to Use
Remove the concentrate insert from the oven and slide the old O-rings off the body of the insert. Fit the new O-rings in the same positions. Lift the old lid away from the insert, place the new lid over the loading pad, and press it down until it sits flush. Re-insert the assembly into the oven and the device is ready to use again.
Compatibility
